The quality of aluminum doors and windows products directly affects the quality of housing construction projects, and also affects the reputation and economic benefits of aluminum doors and windows production, construction and installation enterprises.

Quality control of raw and auxiliary materials The suppliers of raw and auxiliary materials for the production of aluminum doors and windows have all obtained ISO international quality certification and have a complete quality system, but the current actual situation in China shows that there are still unqualified products supplied to customers. Therefore, in the production of aluminum doors and windows, the purchased raw materials must be strictly inspected and controlled before entering the warehouse.

2. Cutting and machining process quality control
(1) The quality control of aluminum profile sawing is mainly to strictly control the accuracy of length size and angle. The length of the door and window frame material is usually controlled as a positive value <0.5~0.0mm: the length of the door and window sash material is usually controlled as a negative value -0.5~0.0mm. For angled cutting materials in door and window frames and fan materials, the angle of the opened aluminum profile end must be accurate, and the physical docking test must be carried out to meet the design requirements.
(2) The quality control of the machining processes of gongs and tenons, milling, drilling, punching and shearing of aluminum door and window materials is mainly based on the dimensions and relevant quality requirements determined by the design drawings and process technology cards of aluminum doors and windows. In order to reduce errors and unnecessary losses, it is necessary to accurately debug the knives, molds, drills, etc. of relevant mechanical equipment before work. Only after the size debugging is confirmed to be correct can it be put into mass production. At the same time, pay attention to eliminate a small amount of unqualified aluminum profiles to prevent them from flowing into the next process. In addition, during operation, the size of the processed objects should be detected at certain intervals to prevent deviation caused by mechanical failure. In addition, the surface of the machining operation platform and the clamp should be controlled to be clean, and the damage and marking of aluminum profile veneer caused by aluminum scrap foreign matter should be removed. If necessary, wrap the aluminum finish with protective tape before opening to ensure product quality.
3. Assembling packaging

The assembly of aluminum doors and windows shall be based on design drawings and process technology cards. The specific quality control contents include:
